- If the items you received are damaged, incorrect, or if your order is missing after 30 days (excluding shipments that show as delivered by the carrier, such as USPS or Canada Post), we will offer a free replacement within 7 business days of your report.
- If 7 days have elapsed since the delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a replacement.
- All sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, or if your order has not been delivered after 30 days (excluding confirmed deliveries by the carrier, such as USPS or Canada Post), we will proceed with a replacement instead of issuing a refund.
Damaged Item
- We will process a replacement order, using the same delivery method as the one used for your original purchase.
- In order to help us process your replacement faster, please provide three photos of the item from different angles.
- If a replacement order will be created, there is no need to send the damaged item back to us.
Incorrect Item
- An incorrect item received constitutes receiving a totally different item as shown on our website.
- Example 1 [Will be replaced]: You ordered a dress and you received a pair of shoes.
- Example 2 [Will be replaced]: You ordered lipstick and you received mascara.
- Example 3 [Will NOT be replaced]: You ordered a weighted plushie and you feel that it's not weighted.
- As a small business, we focus on delivering detailed and accurate product information so that our customers can evaluate whether the item matches their requirements, allowing them to decide not to purchase if they believe the product doesn’t suit them.
- Example 4 [Will NOT be replaced]: You ordered a jacket in size large and you feel that you received a size small.
- We prioritize providing clear and complete product information to help customers make informed decisions. If they think the product isn’t what they are looking for or it doesn’t meet their needs, they can decide not to continue with the order.
- A replacement order, with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item, will be created.

Items Not Received After 30 Days
- Items not received after 30 days [excluding shipments that are showing delivered on the carrier's website, e.g., showing delivered in USPS or Canada Post] is eligible for a free replacement.
- A replacement order, with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item, will be created.
