When will my order be processed and sent?

Shipping

1. We aim to ship your order within 1-5 business days. The US delivery period is 7-20 days, and international orders take 10-25 days.
   
   • Still within 5 business days from the order date.
     • We typically ship orders within 1 to 5 business days from the order date. If we manage to ship your order sooner than planned, you will be notified via email. This email will include both a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number, which will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
     • In case you do not receive your tracking number within 5 business days, be sure to inspect your Junk or Spam folders.
     • If you didn’t receive the email, please email us through our Contact Form page so we can check.
   • Beyond 5 business days from the order date.
     • If there’s a delay and your order has not shipped by the 6th business day, we want to reassure you that we are on top of it. Our team has already escalated the issue to our Fulfillment Team, and they’re addressing the delay promptly.
     • Please allow 3 business days for your tracking info to be sent.

Delivery

1. It’s still within 7 to 20 business or 10 to 25 business days.
   • Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:
     • It’s typical for packages to first be scanned when they arrive at a regional hub close to the destination, particularly when shipping volume is high. The carrier may not update the tracking status until this first scan is recorded.
     • The initial tracking update could be provided when the package is delivered.
     • Tracking data could take longer than expected to be updated.
     • Tracking may not be available for some shipments, like Standard International. However, your package will be delivered within the 20th or 25th business day as expected.
   • Beyond 20 (for US) or 25 (for International) business days.
     • If there has been no update to your tracking after 20 or 25 business days, we suggest allowing 5 more business days for delivery. Most packages typically arrive around or shortly after the 20th or 25th business day.
   • Beyond 30 (for US) or 35 (for International) business days.
     • As a small business, the trust our customers place in us is invaluable. We do not want any of our customers to be concerned about receiving their orders. Our team is fully aware of any delays and is working diligently to resolve them. We've escalated the matter to our Fulfillment Manager to ensure we get to the root cause of the issue and take corrective action swiftly.
     • Please give us the opportunity to review the situation, and we’ll contact you by email within 2 to 5 business days.

How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?

1. The estimated delivery date is determined by adding transit time to the shipping estimate.
2. The time it takes for your order to reach you depends on the shipping speed you choose, with transit time calculated in business days. Weekends do not typically count toward transit time, except when you select a weekend delivery option. Additionally, holidays are factored into the transit time to give an accurate delivery estimate.
3. On certain dates, an "order within" countdown timer will be shown to indicate the time window for placing your order to receive it by the displayed date. The date could change before you place the order, but the confirmed delivery date will be sent to you in the email confirmation.
4. With Free Shipping, your order will typically arrive within 7 to 25 business days. We choose the most cost-effective shipping methods to keep expenses down, which could cause a slight delay in processing. However, we will ensure your order arrives within the expected time frame.

Expedited Shipping

1. For us to provide you with the most affordable item, we seldom offer expedited shipping.
2. If it is available on the Shipping/Checkout page, the delivery is within 7 to 15 business days for US and 10 to 20 business days for International Shipping.
