Occasionally, delivery attempts fail, and packages are returned.
- There are multiple reasons packages might be returned undeliverable:
- Packages that have incorrect or outdated addresses are often held by the courier for a period and eventually returned to us. To ensure a smooth delivery, make sure your address is accurate and up-to-date.
- If an incorrect shipping address was submitted and the order has been dispatched, please submit a ticket through our Contact Form page. We'll check if sending a replacement is possible, but refunds are not available as all sales are final.
- If an incorrect shipping address was provided in your order and you contacted us before the order shipped submit a ticket through our Contact Form page so we can check on what would be the best approach to resolve the issue and make things right!

- When there is a simple spelling mistake in the address, such as "Loa Angeles," the local post office may still be able to route the package correctly. Reach out to your post office for help in identifying the correct address.
- If the address contains errors like incorrect street names or zip codes, we will reach out to your local post office to correct it. If the error cannot be fixed, we will send you a replacement.

- If our system does not recognize the entered address format or the carrier is unable to deliver to that location, we may face delivery issues.
- Orders sent to restricted addresses like prisons or correctional facilities may face delivery difficulties due to legal and procedural restrictions imposed on carriers.
- The carrier will typically attempt delivery multiple times. If they cannot deliver successfully, the package will eventually be returned to us.
- The recipient refused the delivery. A gift recipient who isn't expecting a gift may refuse a package if they believe it's being delivered to them by mistake.
