Late Deliveries

1. While most orders arrive on time, there are occasional instances when deliveries occur later than initially projected.
   
   1. Possible reasons for late delivery include the following:
      1. Late deliveries can occur when the address provided is incomplete, such as missing floor, building, or unit numbers.
         1. Should the shipping address match the one provided in your Order Confirmation email, please check Shipping and Delivery.
         2. After the shipping address is verified in the Order Confirmation, we cannot accept any changes or corrections to it.
            
            1. Please contact your local post office to make the correction. We've compiled some of the Carrier Contact Information here.
      2. Severe weather conditions
         1. Bad weather, including floods, snowstorms, and extreme temperatures, can cause unexpected delays. Couriers, like everyone else, are impacted by such conditions. Please stay updated with weather news, and keep in mind that if inclement weather is reported in your area, your delivery could be delayed. We appreciate your understanding.
      3. International customs procedures
         1. If your parcel is delayed at customs for clearance reasons, we kindly ask for your understanding and patience while the process is being finalized.
